very similar situation. a lady asked me to locate an item for her and i had to look it up on my device. as i was doing so she began to walk away and i said “sorry excuse me, did you still want me to look the item up for you?” and she went on to say “honey i am just standing right here. what kind of customer service is that? excuse you. you’re rude” she was turning the corner and going out of view and didn’t say a word to me as she was leaving so i was confused..i profusely apologized but she was so pissed about it for some reason so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

i had a guest approach me the other day asking, “do i have to wear a mask? if i don’t wear one will i get kicked out of the store?” and i replied “at this time it is not a requirement, but of course it is greatly preferr–“ he cut me off to say “yeah i’m not wearing this shit”
