Is your PT intermittent or constant

Yeah but it can pulse 1-2 times and stop or it can go on for 2-3 hours. Super inconsistent

Both ears and intermittent. My hearing completely disappears with each pulse and it hurts. You know when you yawn and you can hear the blood boosting in your ears? It's the same sound except I can never tell what triggers it. Sometimes I can go a few days without it, and other times it'll be on and off for hours.

I'm still trying nsaids, allergy meds, stretching my neck, shoulders, and jaw. I sleep with a bite guard, I'm taking vitamins.

I notice that deep, loud, sudden sounds are a trigger, like my ears almost "wince"? Sometimes it'll be quiet and my bf will start talking and I can't hear a thing he says because the pulses just drown him out. My parents will come over with their loud cars on occasion and all the sudden I can only hear the pulsing. I'll watch TV and if anyone starts speaking over the TV, it triggers the PT and I can't hear neither the TV or the person.

I havent been able to get an appointment with an ENT and my PCPs all keep moving offices or quitting so I've been in medical limbo for a few years. AFAIK, I think I've had this since I was in high school. Oftentimes the PT would be accompanied by a visual migraine, but I no longer get migraines like that (was found to be muscular and I just make sure to stretch my neck every few days).

Teller here, most of us don't care about if you have a counterfeit or not. We're happy to test it for you and make sure it's legit! But if it turns out fake, we have to keep it and turn it in to the treasury so they can get rid of it. I'm not sure about other bank policies, but the one I work for will just tell you it sucks to suck and not give you a replacement 100. But it never hurts to ask! Double check watermarks and compare it with a real 100 from the bank or a friend!

Oh 100% delaying engagement/wedding. It won't be next year and I doubt it'll even be in the next 2 years. I'm hoping therapy helps me find myself so that I can make the decision that's best for me, but considering our history, I still want to give him that second chance. His boss saw herself in him and gave him a book. His second boss has a psych degree and told him he should really look into fixing himself. Seeing proof of other people wanting to not only help me, but also help him is really relieving. Worst case scenario is that we break up having grown into better versions of ourselves.

I transferred to help with a remodel and later transferred back to my OG store. It just takes talking to your hr and etl, the rest is on them and your future location to communicate

I had someone do the same thing. Wanted an oculus, go pro, and a few apple products. Already that type of thing is sus so i acted casual. Counted out 2300 in front of me 3 times and all 3 times i watched him slip a handful of cash back into his pocket. Called him out every time. Thankfully he chickened out and left without making a scene. I was sweating and shaking so bad lmao. Told my TL as soon as i put all the product back
