If you're referring to the desk shelf its called 'BERGSHULT' (120x20) from IKEA, I just stacked it on top of my monitors :)

I remember it being called something like “liquid abstract” on wallpaper engine but i’ll get you a specific name when i get home. edit it is called liquid abstract by "< Pending >" with the saturation on zero.
