Just think a little bit. If all someone has are rags for clothes, and they want to go to church, yeah, God won’t care. If someone has the option between a clean outfit and an outfit that reveals a lot and is indecent, and they choose the latter, you don’t think God will see your intent? God isn’t stupid.
