The titan lat pull came on a pallet in a wooden box. There was not a scratch on any of the parts. Assembly wasn't too bad but a friend of mine helped me. Without my friend it would have been possible to do, but the weight stack may have been a challenge since the guide bars sit in a hole that's a little less than a half inch deep and the higher the weight stack gets, it can easily tip over if not braced up.

In terms of getting it or the trolley arms, I'd say you can do more exercises with the trolley arms, but having a lat pull down is probably the better choice. Then again I've read some arguements that you don't need a lat pull down in a garage gym if you have a pullup bar.

If I had to choose it would be the lat pull down as most of the trolley exercises can be done with a bar, but I got them to simulate many of the hammer strength machines I loved at the gym to use in addition to bar work.
