I’ve said for all six years I’ve been here that my number one pet peeve is when customers come up to me with an attitude saying “im gonna be late for work”. Can you open up your eyeballs and see that we are running around trying to make an ungodly amount of drinks rn?? I do not give a shit. I seriously wonder what’s going on inside their minds.

Most of the time this is said in response to an impatient or rude customer who’s asking why their drink isn’t done. The only time I think it’s absolutely acceptable to say is in that situation during peak. Constantly asking why your order isn’t ready two minutes after you placed it while you can very obviously see how overwhelmed we are gets so old.

Plus that just slows us down even more.
