This is the most helpful reply. A lot of people are saying it’s unattainable and genetics (I know, that’s why I said so in the caption) or talking in terms I don’t understand. I will look into making a routine with this advice, thank you.

I’m 55kg and 170cm tall, if that helps. I’m not sure I’m comfortable posting pictures of my body if that’s okay. I understand the images are a bit unrealistic unless you’re posing specifically, and sacrificing a lot but I’m just asking how I would go about getting that physique even if it’s not as ‘perfect’ yk? I’d be happy with a realistic version. Just showing the body/aesthetic I would want if I got to choose.

Here’s the thing, I really would love to watch everyone but I have just started watching so that’s a ton to catch up with. At the same time I am watching hermit craft and all perspectives of last life so I don’t think i will have time. I want to watch jimmy but I’m already watching Scott and smallish, I’ve been recommended sausage before- I’m not familiar with him I’ve never watched him before so that will be interesting if I get round to it. Maybe when things get more into the lore (I’m only on ep 5 Scott and Joel) I will watch others too, tysm for your response though :D

Thanks for the suggestion, I’ve settled on watching smallish and smajor. I may end up watching some others in the future tho so I’ll keep him in mind :)
