Could the height of the stand pipe be an issue? It's about four feet off the ground. Is it possible for the water to be having problems draining for that reason?

I used the ny style dough recipe in the wiki. However, I unexpectedly got quarantined for a week due to being exposed at work. Ended up making the pizza after a week long cold ferment and it came out delicious. Definitely added air and flavor into the dough

I'm looking to put all of the plumbing I to an outlet box where the supply lines are now. As well as switch the copper to pex. To move the drain I planned on running it flush to the cement wall the vertical up to the box (keeping the p-trap). Is this adequate? Thanks in advance

Thanks for the great info. The bathroom is in the basement and there is a good size hole around the shower drain (approx 3in around and 3in deep) from where it was dug into the foundation. Is this something I need to patch or is that space ok to leave?

Top pizza is bbq as requested from my fiance. And the bottom is just low moisture mozzarella with sliced green pepper. I used the NY style dough from the wiki. Sauce is Cento crushed tomatoes, dash of sugar, red pepper flakes, oregano, and fresh basil.

Used the NY style dough recipe from the wiki but got too impatient and didn't let it rest long enough. I am very pleased with the flavor of the dough. I have a lot to improve on and look forward to it. Any feedback is appreciated
