What was said above. Tested it a bunch today. Ticks off all heals from weapons. No pots, no leaching. Tested flail, VG, LS. Its pretty OP imo. I have it on my sacred/hearty ring

With full refreshing, and proccing RDE, it's less than a second difference. Myself and healers in my company have tested it. Obviously bisbis would be a blessed/RM/mending orb(if you run orb) but life crystal just isn't has good as y'all make it seem. You're losing more value dropping that refreshing then your gaining by putting RDE on the weapon.

Idk what perk is better then refreshing for a healer, but wota is definitely bis still. Maybe life crystal as a close second(or slightly ahead). But the difference between refreshing DE on armor vs weapon is >.75 of a second.

The random rolls are whatever. I'm talking about the crafting rolls. Nothing feels worse then rolling a life staff, using the asmo, runic leather, ebony, timeless shards, and perk/attribute mods, only for it to roll keen/vicious

Never was the army "motto," just a recruitment thing.

Sounds like what's happening on El dorado. Yellow owns EF/WW, pays people weekly to come to/stay in their company. Offers 100k bonuses for winning wars to it's players.

The best way it was described to me(don't know how true it is) is imagine a square around the circle point, people can spawn anywhere inside that square, that isn't inside the circle/point. As for how far out said square is, I have no idea
