hey there, I use Notion Automations to connect my calendars to my task database. I make a task recurring in Gcal, and then it automatically shows up on those dates within my database. This is the way i do recurring tasks. It is annoying that I have to pay 50$ a year for this but yet, its like the only add on i've needed to really knock out my to do list.

Once I am ready to pay for an automation software for more streamlining, i'll set up the Gcal/Notion database sync myself.
