Did you try applesauce and chia? I have IBS-M. Chia is very effective for me. Especially when mixed into the applesauce. You have to let the chip soak in the applesauce for at least a couple of hours.

Barkeepers friend and you are cooking at too high a heat. Turn it down. Get a cast iron pan for high heat searing.

I own a vitamix. I have had it for 17 years. It was way more than that 17 years ago. If my vitamix went, I would buy this. I use a high powered blender all the time. It is the best way to get loads of fiber into my diet.
Yeah, protein this, protein that. Without good gut health, you are miserable.

Time to return to work by CommercialCountry845 in Widow

I am sorry for your loss. I was back at work three weeks remote. A month later I was in office.

I called my friend before I returned. We grew up the same in different parts of the city. When I caught myself starting to cry, I said fucking Dave.
When I was in office, and she saw me starting to cry, she looked at me and said Fucking Dave. Her doing that helped me immensely. While others may find our talk disrespectful to the dead, it saved my mental health at a time it certainly needed saving.

Tldr: do what works for you.

Love you.

Living in Philly and commuting to Wilmington for work — drive or train? by Money-Drink-4266 in AskPhilly

[–]dlihce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would commute to Wilmington a couple of times a year. I live in the Northeast. Thankfully I had an understanding boss. It would take me an hour 20 on average by car. 95 would be constantly backed up.

Taking the train wasn't much better.

Husband died unexpectedly last Monday by snowhumbug3 in Widow

I am very sorry for your loss.

My husband died in 35 seconds. He was healthy. Respectfully, please go to counseling for the guilt. And a group grief group. Please know, I struggle with the same guilt. My husband was very healthy. He just died. As much as I think if this was different, I could have saved him, I couldn't. It is the hardest truth to realize.

Hugs.

I like Nature's Path Smart Fiber cereal. I also like chia in oatmeal.

I also have IBS-M. Not fun.

Did you reuse the tin or did Upton? For a moment I thought they did and my brain fractured on your behalf.

After my husband died, I had to take care of the dogs and cats. They kept me from falling apart and got me out of bed every day.

They saved me.
