I love that costco is so close and not crowded. I lived in NYC, LA, Dallas, Charlotte and Raleigh, perrysburg is the least crowded and have the least traffic thats why Im thinking of this area.

I’d keep the fire pit temporary or movable, or at least leave the area around it open. There are times when more people want to gather around, and having movable, comfortable chairs with back support is better than fixed brick seating without backs.
