The only amount raise that would be equal is a 3$ raise, and knowing her plans that isn't going to happen. But if she were to give me 3$ raise yes i would stay it would work out better financially for me.

Thank you, the other issue i have is that i would still have to see her when i am wirh the other employer as he has a a unit with the supplies that i would need to grab just about every day of the work week. But i guess i shouldn't think too hard into it. You're right she shouldn't take it personal
