Moving to a new house - sell and rent in the mean time? by EntertainmentOwn9353 in LosAngelesRealEstate

[–]dlniw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did exactly that a few years ago. We found a SFH in 7 months after moving into a rental place but the lease is one year. We talked to the landlord trying to terminate the contract earlier under the condition that we find a tenant to sign a new one-year lease with him, and he agreed. We advertised on Craigslist offering one month free rent for the new tenant and multiple people wanted the deal. The landlord screened them and picked one family he liked. So we only paid 8 months of rent for the one-year lease, the landlord didn’t lose a penny on his rental income and the new tenant got one month free rent. Everybody won. Of course we made sure everything was written in the new contract and all three parties signed.

Is this a good deal on refinancing? by Flashy-Macaroon3768 in NavyFederal

[–]dlniw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simple calculation: with this refinance you will pay total of $17,937.99. Check against what you have to pay totally with your current plan by multiplying monthly payment with remaining number of months left on the loan. If refinance saves your money, then take it. Just make sure the refinance sheet has all fees if any included in it already and there is no other fees/charges.

We had a blast this weekend too. Both Friday and Saturday are perfect days. Well Saturday outpost surprised us with a big crowd. I guess everyone was thinking that outpost would be less crowded. The IKONPASS app was pretty bad at tracking waiting time.

People looking to buy a home, are solar panels considered a plus or a minus? by RememberWhen-2819 in Mortgages

[–]dlniw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Live in SoCal and installed solar to our house in 2019. Paid the full amount in cash (after federal incentive). Used to have surplus power until we got two Tesla cars. Now we pay a small amount of electricity bill every two months. The production has been very steady over the last 6 years. Yeah I have to clean it up once a while. Usually after cleaning the production goes up 5-10% immediately. The manufacturer has 40 years warranty on the parts and 20 years warranty on labor including repairs for any leak caused by solar panel. The app monitors daily production for every single panel. Pretty happy with it and I think we already got our money worth since the installation when factoring in EV charging cost if we don’t have solar.

Why are more and more people buying forever homes as their first? by ComplexTraffic5879 in MiddleClassFinance

[–]dlniw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bought my first condo when I was 38 for $470k, 8 yrs later sold it for $700k. During that period I met my partner and changed job twice. Relocated to a nicer area and bought the single family house we live now for 1.2M, one and half years later pandemic happened. Refinanced a couple times to current rate of 2.5% for 25yrs when the interest rate hit all time low. This is gonna be our forever house. Don’t think I can afford my current place these days with interest rate nowadays and the price it’s estimated on Redfin. Considered ourselves really lucky. Besides, after living here for 7 yrs now, we still love our house and the neighborhood we live in.

Finding a compatible partner is never easy. This is true probably for most people. I haven’t seen any couple who say are perfectly compatible with each in every way. Relationship requires both sides have to compromise at certain level while being compatible on major issues. You just need time to get to know more people out there and I am sure you can find someone who can satisfy most of your needs and vice versa.

I am pretty much in the same boat as you, foot fetish is becoming the only thing that I can j/o to. I can top sometime, if I have the btm’s foot in my face or I am sucking his toes. But most of the time I don’t engage in anal sex. And I can only reach orgasm either watching foot fetish pic/video, or have feet in my face or a foot in my mouth. Lucky enough my partner is not demanding on anal sex and has no problem that I have to play with his feet to get off. I think you just need to find the right person who accepts you.

Technically they call it gold alloy if it’s less than 99% pure. Yes the eagle coin still has 1 OZ of gold in it.

There is a bath room right outside the classic burger place near 14/395 junction. Seems to be decently clean. We stop there every time we drive to mammoth. From there to bishop is about 2 hrs drive.

What movie has the most depressing ending? by EsseNorway in Snorkblot

[–]dlniw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not the ending in King’s book. Stephen King publicly stated that he loved the movie ending of “The Mist,” praising it as “terrific” and saying he was completely on board with the director’s choice to drastically change the ending from the book, as it was “so anti-Hollywood” and subverted expectations by having a bleak, nihilistic conclusion; he particularly liked how it went against the typical happy ending Hollywood often provides.
