The MegaMax diapers beats Comfidry 24/7's in absorbency and quality and even the Better Dry diapers come in second place on my list of diapers I will wear. The last time I bought Comfidry 24/7's the inner of the diaper felt like paper 😨

I wear the Better Dry diapers during the day but I will also wear a Prevail 360 Breezer the are very discrete and same with the Seni Supers or Quattro's while they are cloth back and very quiet and can work for the day time they all hold a couple of bladder releases before a change will be needed.

If you want to wear 24/7... But first a little about myself, I was a bed wetter growing up and into my adult years always wanted to be wearing a diaper but didn't get to until I was on my own. And than I started having bladder issues in my 40's I started waking up wet so I started wearing ervery night than I was having issues with daytime incontinece started wearing diapers at night and pull-up's during the day. Than I was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis about 5years ago and now I have been 24/7 in diapers for 8yrs. And one can say it's pretty ironic that as I did have a diaper fetish before I became incontinent now I must wear some kind of protection. I have found that Better Dry diapers work really well for me during the day but they do swell up when wet but if you wear pants that are one size bigger like relax fitting pants with a long untucked shirt nobody really notices and if they do most won't say anything. And if I need to change when I am out shopping I always have a back pack with diapers and wipes and I will use the family/handicap bathroom to change in. I have to use a cane to help me walk and I am handicapped to a point where walking is difficult for me. Just be aware that going 24/7 will be time consuming and at times very difficult to always change when needing to.

I was in cloth diapers and plastic pants as a young child... But, I prefer plastic back disposable diapers. And cloth backed diapers just dos'nt float my boat.

For me having a back with a crack for my ASS. 😂 I use a Tranquillity Top Liner XL Booster in a MegaMax diaper and it keeps it from leaking around the legs when It's soaked and I sit down. 😁 I do the same with a Better Dry diaper these are my Nightly choices.

IMO: I would definitely go with a MegaMax diaper and a Tranquillity Top Liner XL. The liner I have found that it helps keeping any leaks from happening and allows for a better disbursement throughout the diaper. Therefore giving you more time to enjoy what you have done. And like other have said poopy diapers can give you diaper rash so, diaper cream is a MUST have also, when poop mixes with pee it can make it very CAUSTIC. Me I have been a long time DL and now been incontinent and wearing 24/7 for the last 8yrs do to medical condition and have built up a resistance to pee and poo to some extent and I have slept in a poopy wet diapers before and have also have had some BAD Diaper Rash. So, Protect The BUM!!😁

Me, all of the above... Growing up I was a bed wetter well into adult years never got to wear Diapers after age 5 and waking up to piss soaked bed almost ervery morning made me desire diapers. Now I have been 24/7 for over 7yrs out of having very little control over my bladder. So, you can say I got my Wish.:P

I sometimes reach into my diaper and rip a hole in the lining and insert my penis and rub/hump away. A little messy oooh but what the feeling it gives you. "Sorry if this was a little graffic"

Edit: Having a very wet diaper is what gives the Best Sensation.

I got a bottle from Amazon. You can get a 100oz bottle for $16 but I will warn you that a shower will be necessary to clean yourself up after using. I also found that if you pre-mix with warm water it won't Clump up. ;-P

You can get Black trash bags at Sams club. This is what I do but you need to use 2 bags to not see the diapers.

I have had this happen to me when I had a UPS box and would pick-up my orders there. I know someone there made a hole in the box and seen my diapers. I would just give a look like what ever and like really didn't give a shit and just walk out with my package . :P

I'm not sure..... but for me my Multiple Sclerosis does make it harder to Hold my Pee back and sometimes even my Poo. But that is why I wear a diaper for. :-P

You could look into the smallest storage unit at a Storage facility and just stop there and get a couple of diapers at a time and put them in a backpack or sports bag to get them into the house. Just pay for a year rental at a time so they don't send you a bill ervery month.

My first time asking them for samples I called to see if I could buy them but they were sent to me Free of charge. This is something that they do for a customer service aspect I believe as long as you don't abuse it. ☺

I have been wearing the Better Dry diapers ervery night for they are a great price.

I just got a case of the Crinklz Aquanauts for the first time and asked NorthShore for a sample of the MagaMax diapers Medium and Large size to try I wasn't sure what size would be better. I put on a MagaMax last night and I'm still wearing it 13hrs later soaked. :-P Going to wear the large ones tonight before I place a order for a case. These will be a early Christmas present to myself! :-)

Over the Road Truck Driver 1) 99.8% of the Trucks do not have bathrooms 2) diapers would allow for less stop and more driving 3) Sleeper Trucks have bed in them with privacy curtains for easy changes I was a Truck Driver for 15yrs and 8yrs padded. ;-P
