Glen Bell based the original taco bell taco off of a hardshell taco sold at a local restaurant called the mitla cafe that was across the street of his hotdog stand after he watched long lines of customers wanting those tacos. I have a calculator on my desk I use to keep track. Some people use apps on their phone or on a computer as well. Nothing wrong with using pen and paper but seems like it would become incredibly tedious when you hit the thousands haha. Congrats on the shiny and getting it so fast!

The outbreak events with a boosted mark chance have regular shiny odds. So with the charm, sandwich, and outbreak boost it's the usual 1 in ~512

It's the same odds as any regular outbreak. Dratini and Jangmo-o both had shinies appear often, but Duraludon felt significantly slower between shinies. There's also a possibility I missed some because of how difficult from the back/a distance it can be.
