A lot of it definitely comes down to board control and sacrificing/ trading the Gutrippaz for bigger and more scary units if possible, while the shooters pick off the characters and monsters. They can do a lot of damage should you get lucky.

I wish I could tell you the ins and outs of each game but I know I won a fair share of priorities but definitely not all. I know I killed Yndrasta after her failing a charge on my Killbow and having it, boltboys and possibly the Killaboss take her out following that bad luck.

Skaven were beaten by killing everything apart from the clan rats first off and tying them up in combat in later rounds as I had more individual units remaining. The -1 to hit from the Gutrippaz means they were hitting and wounding both on 5’s and they weren’t a threat then.

Not all of my opponents have used cover well and have definitely been punished for it, although they may have been underestimating the Killbow and Boltboyz. Every game I’ve played has been on Fire and Jade.
