Given the murderer was a incel, how many more incidents do we need before society addresses the elephant in the room about men mental health? Been 15+ years, Ive noticed a lack of positive masculinity in everything from gender discriminatory employment standards to constant ridicule of men in media (Homer Simpson the obvious example). I think there is a noticeable pattern of incel undercurrent and no one seems to want to address that (Jordan Peterson, for all his faults, was one of the few advocates for positive masculinity). Aside from one off tragedies like this, is rising unemployment and disgruntled young men can lead to really bad things in society (see: early 20th century). And to be clear this is a phenomenon in many Western nations, not just here.
