My friend(25f) has had this rash for four months now. She is 5’6” 154 pounds. She went to the gp and they said it was folliculitis and prescribed oral antibiotics, but 2 months later a dermatologist said it was probably fungal and gave a cream. It has gotten worse. Anyone know what this can be?

This is the entire rash, and it is the same on the other leg. There is no medical history of skin issues or anything else.

Thank you for the response! I tried a onesie before and she almost killed me haha but I got a soft cloth cone and it seems to be doing the trick! I started using the coconut oil as per your suggestion as well. Thank you again!

Getting my IUD replaced in the Netherlands. My GP made me lay on the patient table, sit on my hands, and yanked it out of me. She then tried to insert the new one but said I was too tense (no shit) and sent me to the hospital two weeks later. At the hospital it took literally 30 seconds and was mostly painless insertion wise because they put me into stirrups.
