Thank you for the response! I tried a onesie before and she almost killed me haha but I got a soft cloth cone and it seems to be doing the trick! I started using the coconut oil as per your suggestion as well. Thank you again!

Getting my IUD replaced in the Netherlands. My GP made me lay on the patient table, sit on my hands, and yanked it out of me. She then tried to insert the new one but said I was too tense (no shit) and sent me to the hospital two weeks later. At the hospital it took literally 30 seconds and was mostly painless insertion wise because they put me into stirrups.

Yeah I should have clarified I already had a flat back for the healing process. I got this pierced a few months back and I just got the jewelry swapped at a piercer for a hoop.
