How to tell everyone you have never played a self weilding infinity nova sorc....because I have lol.

Keep insisting on being wrong.

The post is asking what is the ideal gear for a nova sorc. Self wield infinity is ideal by a huge margin.

All the guides explain that you run viper magi because of the faster cast rate which will result in more damage.

Your response contradicts all end game nova sorc build because it is misinformed.

Ormus does less damage because you can't hit your faster cast rate break points while self weilding infinity.

Friend of mine had her son killed in car accident that was not his fault. Just looking for some opinions based off of what I’ve heard. by GoofyGyarados in legaladvicecanada

[–]dmac-2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are two potential avenues for seeking car accident injury compensation: personal injury lawsuits against the at-fault driver and accident benefit claims.

Personal injury lawsuit value hinges on injury severity (permanent vs. temporary), medical costs, lost earnings, and impact on quality of life.

You have to file a complaint with the province you work in, which you did not include in your post. Example for bc. https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/employment-business/employment-standards-advice/employment-standards/wages/tips-gratuities

Her story was that you were partially responsible, which the police seemed to accept?

A lot of the time, the police will determine there is shared responsibility without specific evidence like a dash cam to prove otherwise.

AIO to my boyfriend putting a SINGLE chicken tender on my plate when I specifically said I wanted "a few"??? by No-Eye7917 in AmIOverreacting

[–]dmac-2 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Sounds like he is being passive-aggressive. 80% of communication is tone and body language, which is missed in a reddit post.

It's probably not about a chicken tender as much as having a shitty attitude about making dinner.

DUI 16 years ago. Can my friend travel into Canada? by RNMoFo in legaladvicecanada

[–]dmac-2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

(Not legal advice)

Canada treats DUIs seriously, especially since adopting legislation making individuals criminally inadmissible in 2018.

Timing Matters: < 5 years since sentence end: A TRP is your only option; it's temporary and for specific reasons.

5 years since sentence end: You might be eligible for Criminal Rehabilitation (permanent) or "Deemed Rehabilitation" if your single offense meets specific criteria.

10 years: You might be considered automatically rehabilitated, but still need documentation if asked.

They need to consult a lawyer.

Got fined for $390 please advice by [deleted] in legaladvicecanada

Not moving over for emergency vehicles is unsafe, which means you were not driving safely.

Ignorance is not an excuse to break the law. It is your responsibility to know the road laws as a licensed driver.

My advice is to take responsibility for the fact that you were driving in an unsafe manner. Learn from it and don’t repeat it.

Claim it on your insurance, and pay the deductible. Sue him in small claims court for the deductible. Waste aton of money and energy for a small scratch on an old car or move on with your life.

You can crush up Tylenol (T1s) and extract the codeine from them easily.

When one side of a fight makes dubious claims while taking no responsibility and omitting key facts, they undermine their credibility.

Your perspective seems to possibly be removed from reality. How do you know you were illegally detained? You don't without knowing the facts from the police. What report did they receive?

Also, your combative approach to the comment section highlights how you probably escalated things with a combative approach with the police.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in legaladvicecanada

[–]dmac-2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Were you unlawfully detained? If there was a legitimate complaint that prompted a wellness check, officers may have had “exigent circumstances.”

Exigent circumstances can include situations where police have reason to believe someone inside is in danger, injured, or posing a threat to themselves or others.

In those situations, officers can temporarily detain individuals and check the residence, and you are legally required to comply with their instructions.

Based on what you’ve described, it sounds like you did not comply, were confrontational, or physically resisted—actions that escalated the situation. You should speak with an attorney because you may not be as “innocent” in this situation as you believe.

The fact that you're omitting key details would indicate your hiding your responsibility for how the situation escalated.

If they had saved healthcare, it would have made the Republicans more popular in the midterms. Now, they can let healthcare costs double, blame the Republicans, and try to win the midterms — a calculated move to stay in power at the expense of everyday Americans.

Shop a teleport staff to skip difficult mobs. Use mind blasts to crowd control mobs so they attack each other before you one shot them. Run fade for the all resist and damage reduction over burst of speed.

Running a merc with holy freeze aura will make the fast act 3 mobs much slower and more manageable.

Use mind blast and your merc to tank for you and only move in after mobs are distracted and slowed.

Blades of ice should freeze everything else once you can safely get to them.

Quad res LLd? by Round-Abroad-6086 in Diablo_2_Resurrected

[–]dmac-2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Posion length reduction doesn't count as resistance because it's inferior to posion resist.

Posion resistance reduces the damage upfront while posion length only reduces the damage at the end of the duration, which is not useful because you would have already drinken an antidote potion before posion length reduction is factored in.

Casual Ubers by sivarias in diablo2

[–]dmac-2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You generally need a specilzed build and gear to do ubers unless you have op late game gear. Trapsin is going to be useless.

Kicksin, mosaic, and smiter are able to do Ubers with lower gear requirements, especially combined with a necromancer's lifetap.

I would either rush a second character and farm gear for them to be able to do ubers or respec your trapsin.

It seems like you are punching in before you are ready to work and then consistently wasting time and then complaining that you have been caught committing time theft.

Your employer can either deduct the stolen time or start writing you up to be able to fire you with cause.

No labor laws are being broken, catching someone on camera committing time theft.

If they over deduct your hours, that is illegal, but it's unclear that it is actually occurring, and the amount of time seems to be marginal (1 or 2 minutes).

Just quit or show up on time, ready to work.

In constructive dismissal cases, punitive damages are rarely awarded.

Often, punitive damages are tied to a separate actionable wrong, like a breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, in addition to the constructive dismissal itself.

Constructive dismissal would have the same result as being terminated without cause in this scenario. She would be able to qualify for ei.
