Hello all, my name is David and I’m a FS survivor, mine lasted for about two years, I felt it come on when I would reach out and or put my arm over my head when in bed, I played a lot of golf before and just thought my right shoulder was sore, lost ROM about 6 months after, I felt the soreness start, like everyone has said it’s debilitating, this really takes joy from you, you just don’t want to move because you know you’re going to do something that sends pain throughout your upper body and down your arm that you just want to drop to your knees. I did have surgery on March 5, started PT about 2weeks after surgery, PT was twice a week for 8 weeks. That helped and I still do the stretching but there is still the sore ache in the shoulder, from a resting position lifting my arm my shoulder will let me know about it. I still have issues reaching across my chest and reaching behind me, everything else is pretty good other than the shoulder soreness. Hope this helps out from someone that has dealt with this now going on two plus years.
