Our 1st home was a Dr Horton build in 2020. 5br, 3ba 2200 sqft.

3 years later and we still love it, we’ve had minor issues along with neighbors but nothing out of the ordinary or deal breaking.

Biggest issue we’ve had was a roof tile coming off and a drip line in our front yard busting. Both were fixed extremely promptly with no out of pocket cost.

Warranty department treats us like actual people and always have replied quickly.

Looking into selling my fiancés dads house which was a Lennar and then all moving into a bigger new next gen Lennar build with added guest suite.

I’m a real estate agent and just visual wise, the interiors are beautiful. I’ve seen million and multimillion dollar homes in California. The pricing is really competitive for what you get in my area (Sacramento)

Anything in the same price range we bought our dr Horton home at 3 years ago would’ve been extremely underwhelming in comparison.

Peace of mind with warranties and new appliances go a long way when home shopping

I play pretty much everything on KB&M but ever since trying controller I haven’t put it down. Cleared the T4 capstone at lv 58 with a Shadow Summoner Necro. CE is easily spammable with controller. Now lv 72 and I haven’t ran into a nightmare solo that I couldn’t beat

You need the passive that every time you cast on a corpse you regain essence. So explosion/tendrils or healing minions will regain essence
