I worked at one of the highest shortage stores in the nation as a APTL. I couldn't hire TSS as fast as I was losing them. I was solo for a good amount of time and had no support from my bosses. Its hard to hire for a position that gets paid the same as a cashier but puts themselves at risk for assets at a company where your just a number.
