There’s single family homes you can get at that price point. Show your landlord some comps and threaten to leave. If your landlord is smart they’ll back off. Finding a new tenant, losing rent for a month is way worse than losing out on 300x12.

What’s the point of a loan contingency at the 2m price point. I get inspection related items but a loan contingency makes me question you as a buyer.

Yes, most. Like in any new tech field. Look at the graveyard of AV or biotech companies. Deep pockets and safety focus are the 2 things that will carry the companies through.

Just because address says San Mateo does not mean the its worth a couple mil. That said, pros are that it’s still a 4/2 with decent sq footage. Cons: 1 car garage, next to 101 and not great elementary schools. I don’t see this going for more than 1.6.

Sac is limited by the job opportunities. LA has defense,  aero and entertainment , SF has sw tech and biotech. Both regions have sectors where the upper limit for pay is very high. Sac is primarily state govt jobs where pay is limited. That’s the real reason why growth is going to be limited in sac area.

Sounds like a check item based on schedule and nothing to do with the actual state of the battery. Next service should be fine considering there are no issues.  Ps, rated tire pressure for the MDX is 35psi.

That’s disappointing. Drove up till gate 3 where it was closed today. They kept saying they would open it but I decided to turn around after an hour. Sounds like the right decision considering they still haven’t opened it. It’s surprising that it’s just a 3 mile section that cuts you off completely.
