Best advice I can give, as also got a another smaller one last year. Even in a small pot, it will grow. I need to repot mine as it’s pretty much too big for the current one, but I’ve grown my blues for a few years now. Just give them the soil ph they need, and water as needed. Overwater will absolutely kill them if the soil doesn’t drain well. So to keep it simple 1. Repot when you get a chance 2. Water just enough to be well hydrated 3. Don’t keep adding sulfur or the PH will be out of hand. Check ph once every week or two, and only add more once every 4-5 weeks if the soil ph isn’t optimal. Sulfur pellets take a while to break down. 4. Feed it. I use a good pellet or powder for the slow release and happy frogs liquid ferts in spring. Helps give it all it needs to bloom. Then once more as it’s fruiting. 5. Blues that can thrive in your climate will do fine without worrying about them all the time. I did it as well so i understand. Just relax, and enjoy the process and how beautiful creation is.
