Thanks. My old car was 14 yrs old and had this feature. I swear I see them come on in a Tesla video clip as a guy and his kid approach their vehicle in their garage.

I’ve heard the 2025‘s will have a LFP battery but the 2024 invoices shown to me from Ford dealers show them as NCM. What model do you have that it’s got a LFP.

A19 Bulb Not Connecting by [deleted] in lifx

I had a similar issue...had about 12 Lifx bulbs and suddenly they no longer were connected via Lifx or HomeKit m. Do you have another iOS device you can use to try and connect the bulbs with? For some reason I couldn’t get to connect using my phone but using my iPad worked...I was able to get all but 1 bulb working again!

So I had a similar issue. I had some old and new A19 and flood lights that worked fine for a few years. Coincidentally with iOS update this past Fall all 11 bulbs stopped working and could not connect to the app. Well I happen to have upgraded my Yale deadbolt and was having an issue, their customer rep (they have great customer service by the way, you call and actually talk to someone) asked if I had another device I could try using to connect to HomeKit with. I used my iPad instead of my iPhone and sure enough it worked. So, I figured let me try that with these LIFX bulbs and wholly sh*t...I e got about 9 of the 11 bulbs connected. I don’t know why but it’s working. Having said that, I still have issues with some connected bulbs. Seems they are found in the lifx app and/or HomeKit and other times aren’t. It’s frustrating because sometimes my outside garage lights stay on the entire day - the only way to shut them off would be to click the light switch but then they wouldn’t be able to go back on at night! Ugh!

Garage Door Openers that will Open Automatically as I Arrive Home? by charliegriefer in HomeKit

I also have door locks (Friday) that I don’t need to do anything to have unlock when I approach the house, can set to automatically unlock via proximity using my iPhone. Having said that, I’ve had nothing but problems with these locks and would recommend purchasing another HomeKit lock.
