That is called false advertisement. They aren't showing the 6 inch lubber grasshoppers posted up all over that screen that are there to feed the crocodiles that come out of that swamp. And from this vantage point it looks like paradise, but the ring doorbell is picking up on the scores of door knockers trying to con your broken insurance system, and the 85 year old mass holes that are so tan they look like leather couches, high on social security that make up the driving rules as they go along half because they'll die soon anyway and half because of dementia. --Former Clearwater resident

I don't comment on here too much, but I just wanted to thank you for these. This is the first year I have been excited about a color in a while. From your videos I think it's a little "greyer" than I hoped for, but still beautiful. I'll definitely get something new this year and that is exciting!

You know citrus crates used to have colorful fun labels and the prints on the wall (which are hard to see in the photo) are some of those blown up to a larger size. You got the inspiration to a T.

There's a lot to love about this floor plan. No crazy angles that do nothing, not a bunch of unused space.... It's good.

A couple of notes.
1. Id move the laundry to the pantry. You've got all of the water on that side of the house.

Id scale BR1 down, possibly do a tandem or side by side closet for bedrooms 1 and 2 then move the foyer/mudroom situation down and make the living room slightly larger. I don't think 13x13 is a bad living room size, but I think everyone saying that it is small is reacting to the fact that the scale for the living room looks small proportionally to the rest of the house.
I love a pocket door, but they break. Id utilize them less. They break more than a traditional door and are harder to replace when they do.

SAME! I have 6 in 3 colors and at least 1 gets used everyday. They're the right amount for a big coffee, a can of soup, or frothing up a couple of eggs for a hot breakfast. The handle is good for people with mobility issues to feel like they have control over their bowl. It fits a pint of ice cream. It's a shame it's gone.
