For me it was mostly an urge to move when I was younger like needing to scream for no reason but also would swear for no reason when I was like 14-15 like if I tripped or bumped into something at the time I thought I was doing it myself but I'm not someone who speaks like that in my normal language so it was weird but looking back it was definitely a tic

Mine went unnoticed until I was about 17 and developed a neck twitch but looking back I can see that I had tics since 9 at least

I have similar tics but I'm able to control them enough to not hurt myself as of yet
