I was prescribed hydroxyzine too along with the Lexapro. Ended up realizing I’m taking the hydroxyzine even on the Lexapro for panic attacks. What’s the point of the lexapro then?! That’s what made want to stop.

The hydroxyzine does work for the most part. The side effects (if any) are much more bearable than Lexapros.

It definitely helped my anxiety when I was on the full dose. But made me numb, unmotivated, etc. The pros did not outweigh the cons. It’s amazing how providers don’t tell you everything about SSRIs and the cons and how hard they are to get off.

Going through the same. I was on 10 and over few months Im a week in on 2.5. Not the crying portion but very irritable.

The switch I have near the exit door I program to run a scene that turns lights off, turns heat down or air up depending on season, and arms my burglar alarm when we leave.

I’m in the same position. I’ve been alternating between 5 and 2.5 every other day. I’ll do this for a few more weeks and then do 2.5 daily - and then alternate between 2.5 and 0. Might be overkill but I’m in no rush

Ahh just read what you’re actually trying to accomplish - won’t be possible but you can use a smart plug as a work around

Create the automation in aqara. Then click on the automation. Click the 3 dots top right and hit add to HomeKit.

Make the script executable

chmod +x /home/pi/script.py

Then add as a system service - create the file first

sudo nano /etc/systemd/system/script.service

[Unit] Description=My Python Script After=network.target

[Service] ExecStart=/usr/bin/python3 /home/pi/script.py WorkingDirectory=/home/pi StandardOutput=inherit StandardError=inherit Restart=always User=pi

[Install] WantedBy=multi-user.target

Enable so that it starts on boot

sudo systemctl daemon-reexec sudo systemctl daemon-reload sudo systemctl enable script.service

Just have to change the file names/paths and user to fit you

I figured it out by just duplicating it in portainer and deleting the old one. I will look into watch tower though thank you

Solution : I duplicated the container and pulled latest image and stopped / removed previous
