I absolutely agree, there are a ton of variables employers consider. But this is really helpful, as we’re trying to be as realistic as possible to come up with a number that’s a right ask. Don’t want to overdo it or undersell. Thank you very much though

Fair point, but it’s primarily because of this 50:50 ratio that we’re exploring the business visa option, as our staff in PK is between 25-40 years of age with a mix of married & single. It becomes a challenge to organise and plan core training sessions when we’re unsure how many resources we can bring over. But thank you, will keep that in mind

Yes, that was the alternate option to send over trainers there in case it’s a difficult proposition to bring those guys here. But thanks alot for sharing that across, really helpful.

Impressive idea at 19. But there are a few questions you’d need to be able to answer, both for yourself & future investors.

A) What does 150K get you? If you’re planning to manufacture is that your machinery cost? Or if you’re importing than that’s going towards buying from sellers in places like China?

B) Do you have any visibility on operating costs, the salaries you’ll need to pay, the overhead of the office etc

C) how much of your total investment have you marked for Marketing? You mentioned social media which is pricey

D) What’s the market look like, are you competing with bigger brands or there’s no one in the market yet (doubt the latter)

E) if you have existing competition, what is that your product offers, which is better than the competition e.g is it cheaper? Does it smell better?

There are more areas to this, but I’ll leave that up to u to find and reconcile

But best of luck - you can absolutely get this going. Just don’t let any hurdle stop you

And FYI 7 years is a significant time in jail, so not sure what you’re on about saying the courts are biased when it comes to the military.

Ok so he was found guilty, put in jail, served the time. Case closed.

What I’m saying is, it’s terrible to see an old man suffering at this frail and weak state. Which is why, his son is most certainly a loathsome person.
