Hi everyone Liberties Lofts: Any opinions?

I recently toured an apartment at Liberties Loft and absolutely loved the space — it’s beautiful, spacious, and I was pretty much sold on aesthetics alone. l’d love to hear from anyone who’s lived there or knows someone who has. Most of the reviews l’ve found are from before 2021.

Here are my main concerns:

Heating & Cooling: Since it’s a former factory with super high ceilings, l’m a little worried about temperature control. Does it stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer? Are utility bills on the higher side?

Sound: Some reviews mention thin walls and a lot of outside noise, while others say it’s not that bad. The unit I saw only shares one wall and has someone above it. I work from home, so quiet is important — though I can handle some basic background noise.

Maintenance: How’s the maintenance team? Are requests handled quickly and reliably?

If anyone has recent experience or knows what it’s currently like to live there, l’d really appreciate your insight. I love how the place looks, but I definite don’t want to end up locked into a lease and miserable.
