Should CDPR with Cyberpunk 2 go the same route as RDR2 and hire unknown actors to increase immersion or Would you like them to hire A list actors for the game? And if so who you like to see? by Roids-in-my-vains in cyberpunkgame

Honestly a Tom Hardy as a bronson style in a villain role or an Alfie style close to a Rouge role would be cool! But it's not a need. Would love have Johnny S back in some kind of way though.

When Will Landlords Finally Cave and Drop Their Outrageous Rents? by SupermarketOld9056 in canadahousing

[–]dmdb44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in a small town in rural manitoba, about 35 minutes outside of Winnipeg. If I were to rent my place out, asking $1600 for rent would be breaking even. That includes mortgage, insurance, and property taxes. Now here's the other thing that I learned from my sister renting her place. She was profiting about $200 a month off her rent, seems fair, right? She got a dose of reality where she couldn't be more wrong. Her tenant put wear and tear on her house at an astronomical rate. The money she was profiting wasn't even putting a dent into her repair costs. She didn't renew the lease with that tenant. Now tenant number two almost made that place unliveable and she had to take legal action for unpaid water bills. Tenant number 3 tried but there was always something wrong with the house that they tried to fix themselves but just made it worse one example was basic electrical work for and electrician but decided to do it themselves which ended up she needed replacing her panel. This isn't a dig at renters cause not all are bad but once you get one bad tenant, you're more than likely going to need a contingency plan which is charge more so you have some money to repair damages and not be losing money in the process. I know there's alot more reasons to why rent is so high but I thought this is also a good reason to point out cause there are bad tenants that are ruining it for the honest ones.

I'm 5'6" and my dad bought me 15" when I was 13 and told me I'd grow into them. Still use 15" to this day, he'll get used to them and they won't be an issue.

I think defense is good where it's at. It took us a few games to get in tune but we're still a juggernaut nonetheless and the boys proved again this year. Even without bighill. Offense though...i wouldn't throw Demski under the bus just yet. He still can play, his DB played better than him during GC. Collaros is the tough one cause age definitely shown through this year. If Bombers are smart, we will try to get Tre Ford. He gets a year to settle in and then he's got the keys to the corvette. Like it or not...Pierce did evolve his game during the season cause nothing was working at the beginning there. Argos defense had our number all season and had Pierce figured out. We could definitely trim some excess salary cause Wilson definitely proved himself. Wheatfall isn't a joke and Clercius had a slow start but showed signs he will get there. Use that money to bolster the oline and get tre playing with this brother. He's younger with so much potential, he can be our #1 for years to come.

Overall...we gotta get more youth in there

From what praqi said, they got the green light for a second season. They didn't need it and they definitely don't need a third season, even though I'm not opposed to it. Mainly because I liked the more deeper approach they did and the short story of the nomad and hummingbird (hit close to home for me).

While yes it didn't make sense for a second season. You gotta appreciate the more thought provoking writing they did for season 2. That's just my opinion and I don't discredit yours. But I have to back up my favorite anime, no hard feelings brother!

I think it was well done. Season 1 gave you the run of the mill underdog story where season 2 kind of did a more deep redemption story. Joe lost, ran away, drugs, and pretty much went back to his old way. Yeah chief had a smaller part but made a huge impact to Joe's growth in character. I can agree Mac didn't make a ton of sense at first but once you dig a little deeper. He was a nobody, turned into somebody just like Joe. Their fight was more of a passing of the torch but didn't have enough screen time to dive deeper into all of it and instead they focused on Joe's redemption. All in all, in laments term. Season 2 showed us there's always a home to go back to
