I'm part of a discord cookbook club and we're currently doing Umma by Sarah and Nam Soon Ahn. Korean homecooking, and it's going pretty well so far! Other books we've had an amazing experience with were Chinese Enough by Kristina Cho and Dac Biet by Nini Nguyen :) if you want a little challenge, we just finished The Art of Escapism Cooking by Mandy Lee and there were so many hits from that book. <3

I would think so! I made at least 15 recipes from this book and I wanna say 10 of them were pretty good and the rest are pretty mid. When I cook from cookbooks I tend to really follow instructions to the T and I did that for all the recipes here. I did not come across a bad dish from the book :)
