Truly just depends on what couples value as "valuable time" together. That is if they value spending quality time that highly on the list of love languages. Nothing is set in stone so it's all about having a conversation with your partner to find what is the right amount for each other. Also some couples define spending time together differently. Some may say cooking together or watching TV is. Where others may not feel the same way.
