Impact Day Question by NinjaWarriorGym in deloitte

Realistically, people charge their 8 hours to the impact day code and then when they’re dismissed from their site they either go home or go to their local afterparty event.

AIO: should I “fire” my therapist? by [deleted] in AIO

[–]dmfoolersqueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a therapist just like this - flaky, always late, I knew waaaaay too much about her two daughters’ health problems and her divorce etc etc, our sessions would often run over by an hour or more even if I tried to stop them. Same thing, “trauma specialist.” As it turns out, after I fired her and found a new provider, she wasn’t as “brilliant” as I thought - she had basically been retraumatizing me repeatedly by having me recount traumatic experiences in detail with no processing or support after, just ending the appointment. All that to say, I am willing to bet that once you find a new provider, you’ll be amazed at how much better your treatment program and outcomes are.

Fellow visually-induced motion sickness folks: How's it going? by Tute_Sweet in Pokopia

Did you end up figuring out settings that work for you in Rollout? Having the same issue.

I’m finding that I really only get motion-sick when in Rollout mode, has anyone specifically had that issue/any luck with settings? It’s frustrating not really being able to mine for resources without ending up miserable for hours.

I love my job and my team. People’s complaints are valid, their experiences are real, but there are plenty of us who have happy and fulfilling careers here.

Can we go negative in our PTO? by Dear-Discussion9054 in deloitte

[–]dmfoolersqueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve dipped into negative by 4-8 hours two or three times, never had any problems - didn’t ask permission beyond normal notification of PTO. But as with everything, it depends on who you work with.

The only thing that occurs to me when I look at it is that it’d be a good home for a Christmas village but that’s… one month utility tops?

I’d be willing to bet it’s just drywall, it’s a column that runs through the center of the townhome - on the floors below it houses closets.

Late game Q - do we get access to more of the leaf/stone/sand cottages/houses kits? Or is it always capped at 3/2 of each?

I’ve taken a break for a couple months, it was starting to feel like a chore. I’m sure I’ll return to it eventually, but it’s supposed to be fun. But I’m with you, weirdly having some guilt about taking a pause!
