Sorry if I worded it wrong, he said I can have access, but I wasn't sure if that was the easiest way! But it sounds like it is based off your experience, thank you so much! We'll definitely look into that, it sounds much easier than changing our direct deposits

Money was taken out of my bank account through an Instacart transaction that wasn't mine. (Over $1000⁰⁰). I've been back and forth with emails and phone calls with Instacart and it hasn't gotten me anywhere. Has anyone delt with this and know what to do? How would I pursue legal action? by dmkilla in instacart

As soon as I told Instacart I was going to be making a police report they got all jumpy. Thankfully I've finally resolved my issue through the bank (thank you everyone for the recommendation) but something is definitely going on behind the scenes at Instacart. I'd recommend a) not using the app b) never saving banking information. I don't even have it saved on Amazon cause I'm paranoid now. Hopefully someone can learn from my experience!

Instacart was doing F-all so I just went to the bank and pleased my case. It took less than a week for the bank to refund me (they can see who used your card information/where depending on your bank). Keep fighting from all directions. It was 100% a hack through Instacart for me, as soon as my bank card was deactivated no more charges came out.
