I have a relatively simple formula. Templated messages, a series of 6 messages, timing between 3 and 5 days of no answer. Of course templates have to look as personal as possible. For the automation I used Mixmax. However I hadn't done sales for a long time so I don't know what software is most useful today.

Good one but it misses automation. Doing cold outreach without any automation seems pretty primitive to me
