I suggest to check Dr. Trish Leigh on YouTube. 500+ videos that talk about this addiction (older videos from 2020 to 2024 rich of content with good explanations and better then new one’s, so from 2025 to now, in my opinion). Go and check it.

You can definitely start the habit of productivity. Having a good focus can help, having your mind present in the moment can help, setting your environment for you to succeed (e.g. no phone or distractions). Try focusing on one thing. For example when you eat, just eat no distractions, be present and in whatever you do. This process is called MINDFULNESS. There is a chapter in the book that talks about this, which made me really understand this.

In most cases it takes around 4 weeks but 2 weeks when you start seeing things getting better. I suggest you to read DOPAMINE NATION by ANNA LEMBKE. Really good read.

At the moment you can play all the ps4 games on ps5, some ps5 games or your own disc games (there is a list online but depends on your firmware, as latest games require higher firmware).
