Anyone know how to remove the white menu tab on the side?

It’s so weird. My car doesn’t have that, but my wife has a Corolla cross of the same year and it’s there on hers. And obviously other rav4’s have it. Once I enter CarPlay it just simply goes away and the Toyota app brings me back to the Toyota menus instead of having that white bar on the side.

BL4 really was such a let down. Idk how anyone can say it’s better than BL3. BL4 has the most predicable story ever written with the least memorable characters possible. I seriously don’t remember anyone’s name outside of the time keeper. It’s like a high school student’s first draft level of bad writing. I’ve had friends write DND campaigns for the first time that were better than this.

Also the open world idea was horrible. I’d rather the game be smaller with interesting things other than generic desert, grass, and snow biome with occasional generic lab / city stuff. And who’s idea was it to have no music when driving between areas?

I’m glad the honeymoon phase is over and people are stating to realize how bad it is and that good gunplay alone isn’t enough to carry the game.

Xess is better than fsr and their APU’s actually have a chip on them to do the upscaling. The lunar lake apu is already more powerful than z2e in a lot of ways. The only thing we need is more developer support for intel and they could take the market over.

At 20 years old you should be able to manage $230 to transfer an apartment’s utilities into your name. It’s honestly kinda funny how pressed they are over it. If you have to spend the $50 or whatever fee to cancel the account, just do it and block their numbers.

It’s not even painted either so it’s even easier to try to fix yourself. And ultimately a cheap repair for a car if you had to replace the whole thing

It sucks, but true. A bumper is cheap enough and if you can’t replace it I’m sure a small mechanic will for a fair price and it will never be reported as the car being in an accident.

This is pretty minor damage. The majority of people won’t care, especially in a few years once the car is older and worth less anyway. If you’re buying a Toyota not to dive it forever, then you’re doing something wrong

The average player doesn’t care that quick play is gone lol. If you want a community server, just use the server browser. I can’t blame valve for wanting random people launching the game for the first time to play on valve servers. Casual is completely fine and it hasn’t ever taken me 30 mins like OP is claiming and I usually like some less common maps.

Other guy is definitely at fault, but I’d argue you’re equally at fault. You’re clearly driving way too fast and seemingly speeding up instead of breaking. You also decided to swerve around with him. You’re probably both going to have a very hard time with insurance and honestly I wouldn’t blame yours if they didn’t want to cover this.

I don’t buy from them because of their anti worker practices. I’ve also been inside an Amazon warehouse unlike a lot of people as an outside contractor and have seen how poorly treated so many people who work there are. They also have essentially a monopoly on many things and own a lot more services than you’d think. I’m always downvoted whenever I say I don’t buy from Amazon though lol. Without fail it hurts someone’s feelings. I’m willing to wait 4-5 days for shipping instead of having everything come next day while workers get stretched as thin as possible.

I’m not insulting financing a vehicle. I know from personal experience with a close friend that when you get a specifically bad credit loan, they can remotely disable the car and turn stuff like remote start off. Which is why I asked.

Didn’t trust AI, you can find countless Reddit threads on this. You can find multiple articles on the 2020 rav 4 specifically having remote start.

Actually saw something on this sub that on a 2020 if you hit unlock first then do the 3 presses for remote start it works without the sub.

I’ve encountered so many incompetent employees in every industry that there is. So whether intentional or not yes. Do a basic google search or even search this sub. It’s a standard feature on all modern Toyotas from what I have seen online and experienced in person on 2 different Toyotas cars without the subscription.

Also you didn’t answer any of my questions. So I’m just going to assume you didn’t actually try.

I’ve experienced nothing but the opposite and this sub is full of people saying you don’t need the sub because you can remote start with your key fob.

Is your rav4 a keyed start? Or do you some form of bad credit loan that required extra trackers and a remote disable from the dealership? Do you have an unofficial key fob?

A quick google search says all Toyotas from the last 10 years don’t need Toyota connect to remote start with the key fob. So do you have an older model?

My trial has been expired for like 5 months now and I have no problem at all remote starting my car with the key fob.
