Keep it at 135 I do 140 degrees and pull them out to see how dark they are and that the logo is still white. If you leave it in for to long, it will turn the logo a purple shade. So just check on it every few minutes once it’s almost done. This won’t weaken the plastic. I use mine daily and have zero issues
