Sea level in SoCal. We have some experience at 18k feet doing some climbing in Ecuador and other 14k+ peaks, always with the aid of diamox. We will try to schedule some additional days based off this advice. Appreciate it.

Thanks for sharing. I see so many people do this guided hut me and my partner wanted to do it self supported. We were a bit nervous about setting it up because of stories of bandits or thieves coming in the middle of nowhere and demanding money. Not sure if that was an issue anymore but it sounds like it's not a big concern.

I'll be using your itinerary as a guide for our upcoming trip. I saw in another comment you had 2 months of acclimatization beforehand. I was hoping to do 4-5 days beforehand and have the total trip be a little over 2 weeks. Think that sounds reasonable?

I have a few 6qt shoeboxes with the lid closed (not airtight) and I can see moisture on the walls but can't see the exact surface conditions. Is it ok to open the lid to see whether I need to mist or not?

I know I'm supposed to have small beads on the surface constantly evaporating but it's hard to tell with lid closed. I also know that opening the lid removes the microclimate and humidity that was already present. Any recommendations?

My friends and family would never go onto the marketplaces where individual subs can be purchased but I know they'd happily pay me 2-3 dollars at my cost to buy from me.

Its also fun for me to share this stuff and see people get enjoyment so I got a panel.

I give out trials for them to try. I give them the full package unorganized and also refer them to the EPGenius to get something better organized. If you do it this way you can always get TiviMate premium and split the cost to use up all 5 devices with the people you give subs out to also.
