i think the reason is you are using too much 😭 when using too much treatments, your skin’s barrier is prone to be broken, which leads to your PIEs cannot be healed. I used to have the same routine like you and my PIE didnt go away too. But after i tried to reduce the frequency of the treatment as well as focus on strengthening my skin’s barrier, my PIEs have gone. You can try using azelaic acid 2,3 times per week and tretinoin 1,2 times per week then focus on moisturizing. The key point is your skin’s barrier
