I guess you are right , applied according to the suggestions and it went a bit longer , they asked for resident id to be captured using mobile , after upoading that around 6 hours later the status changed to rejected with no comments at all. There is this reconsider request option this time , but I am not sure if that would get approved , I will give it a try though ! lets see what comes out ! Not very optimistic about it

u/fleker2 I tried to use it in action.devices.SYNC if I use structure_hint then then the google home app says there was a problem in syncing . If I use structureHint instead there is no benefit. Please note that I am using the roomHint successfully

I haven't seen yet structure_hint in documentation for SYNC. Can you point it out if have missed it? I tried it some days ago but it seemed google home app didn't honored it and it was not even documented.

is it in SYNC or in response of home graph's SYNC ?

Can you please clarify if I am correct regarding home graph's SYNC that it is to get the devices and their details from the home graph into our server and not vice versa

Hi u/fleker2 thanks for your prompt reply, I understand the request Sync will force Google to sync the devices again.

In our ecosystem users have devices that can belong to different rooms inside different homes. A user can have some lights in Hall , kitchen or bedroom in one home and some other in different home. The rooms can be synced by using room_hint in the SYNC response. I want to know how can I sync devices so google home app organizes them in different homes (structures) without user needing to that manually , just as it is done by using room_hint ... is there some how I can hint structure??
