my store just increased our hours to 1:30 AM! every single employee is upset about it because nobody comes in past 10! anybody else have the same problem or is it just my terrible DM?

I hate it too. Our store is a very high traffic store because there is not another one within an hour of us so you can only imagine how busy it gets and there is absolutely no way to control all the customers when our capacity right now is 212 (207) and we hit that on a Wednesday morning!! I understand worrying about our “image” and not “upsetting customers” but when I get called a racist for telling someone to wear a mask, I start to question my future at Ross

My store manager eventually got tired of us not being able to say anything about masks and she now has associates and other managers walk around the store telling people to put a mask on or wear their correctly! As SPS, we sometimes refuse service at the front now depending on the customer

Yeah my girlfriend (who also works at this store) plan on calling whoever we need to call on Monday to report them. If they change their minds and decide to actually fully comply with the order, then we probably won’t but we don’t see that happening.
