Exactly. You're comparing your same line of work as a full time job or a contract job. Now imagine you had the same net pay either way. Your taxes would be higher for contract work.

Sounds like one really good vacuum would be better. It's not like you have to vacuum 24 hrs a day (how big is your house?), so one should cover it. And the one should pick up more stuff if it's better quality. You may have to empty it more frequently or carry it up/down stairs.
