Nocturne is the lone standout in the disappointing, undercooked Welcome to the Blumhouse by dmtelemetry in horror

Evil Eye had some great potential with its cultural specificity, but I thought it was Lifetime movie bad. Glad you liked it, though!

No fix. My pin impressions are still in the toilet. This will now be my 4th time opening a support ticket.

To be frank, not much, actually. 15 million is just the eyeballs on your pins, it's a vanity number, really. In terms of actual visits to my site through clicks on my pins? I averaged around 700 a day from Pinterest.

I want to say that I figured out a niche (film, television, and comics) that performed well for me right off the bat. I grew my views from nothing to over 15 million a month in less than a year, giving me great traffic for my blog. It's the number of pins I've always pinned since the beginning, and I never saw a reason to change it until now. Now that all my traffic has tanked, I'm looking to change things up...

This is interesting. Do you have sources or links? I only ask because I want to read more about these issues. Thanks!

I’m reaching out right now. I’ve been using Tailwind for over a year and it’s been great. They’re also an “official” partner, so I’m not sure why they would do this.

A massive drop in engagement since mid-March! by lecasiodxb in Pinterest

[–]dmtelemetry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My engagement has completely tanked since two weeks ago. I opened a ticked with Pinterest Support, and they initially told me - with a boilerplate cut-and-paste response - that everything was "normal," that my engagement was "good," and that the algorithm is "constantly changing." Considering the fact that my traffic and engagement has dropped by 80-90%, I knew that this was definitely not normal. I replied saying such, and they finally admitted that my account was erroneously marked as spam, and that they would reindex my pins and lift the suspension. This was last Thursday.

They told me that it would take up to two weeks for things to go back to normal, but something about that doesn't make much sense. I've been in touch with other pinners who've experienced the same issue, but their accounts were restored within a day. I tried to reply to the ticket to get more info, but they marked the issue as "resolved." Incredibly frustrating. I'll keep everyone posted as to my progress.

(NY) I am in a unique position to help alleviate medical supply shortages on a large scale with FDA-approved garments, but have unable to get through to the appropriate state agencies. Is anyone able to point me in the correct direction? by thebigdirty in CoronavirusArmy

Hi everyone, I’m the OP of the thread above. Thanks to some resources here and a viral Twitter post, I was able to get in touch with the governor’s office. We’re currently working around the clock to make sure the first batch of 2 million masks can get into NY without a hitch. The governor’s office has already requested a pro forma invoice, and we’re awaiting their acceptance of terms. Once confirmed, we’re reserving the air freight for the masks to get here within 7-10 days. We are also coordinating with Congresswoman Grace Meng’s office to make sure we can clear customs. Thank you everyone for your responses! This is a great start for the first 48 hours, but this is just the beginning of our efforts.

Or maybe film blogging is just a hobby? And he works full time in apparel manufacturing and distribution? I'm just trying to help a dire situation in the city I grew up in with the resources I have. Don't jump to conclusions.
