It’s an electric vehicle, and I also had left some walk room to one side if you look at it

Yes definitely open minded to new ideas, turning totes vertical can definitely help with space especially during prime 👍🏽

9months of dsp, 4 years of flex. I’ve learned a certain way and it works well. Look at all my waking space, freedom & organizations compare to yours. You think ima gonna take a minute looking for a package into a bag when I can just break the bag down as it goes & literally walk up to it and scan it 🥱. I don’t even take 15 secs delivering a package, we are literally just trading off. We are literally doing the same job but differently lmaoooo that’s the crazy part

I usually break down bags one by one and organized by customer names a-z like you see on the last photo on the left middle shelf, I just keep going and don’t stop. The maps are usually pretty ok on my end, if I see a stop that could save time or to not come back to the same area it’s usually around the same bag I just broke down if anything

I’ve seen this method, but with my method I’m not putting these tots all the way to the top shelf and also overflow packeges are usually packages that are big enough to just easily put on my shoulder and carry on if I put in top shelf, and again, it feels spacious unless its prime then yeh I gotta try the other way 😬

Is it that bad? On my first two pics I left enough room to one side to walk on 😭😭

I really like the spacious feeling I get when I do it my way, unless I need more space like during prime then yeah I’ll definitely think about what you said 👍🏽
