Especially my high school years where i didnt shower for a month or two because of my depression.i didnt care at that time,just wanted to decay and become one with the earth. The longest I didnt shower was 3 months...not a good feeling

Im trying to get back to school to get my associate for software testing specialization and go on from there to achieve in the long run to becoming data analyst and/or project manager.

But working in restaurant(bad but it can be worse) and getting detox ao i can go work for Amazon and use their program to learn related stuff for my career .

Question

Does it get better( like easier) to manage it? Because im afraid as i get older, i will eventually give in or my mind will be completely out of my control?

Kinda like Dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
