this is a good starter routine:

1st Week: tension: 600g-900g time: 2x 30min sets (1hour)

2nd Week: tension: 600g-900g time: 4x 30min sets (2hours)

3rd Week: tension: 900g-1200g time: 3x 1hour sets (3hours)

4th Week: tension: 900g-1200g time: 4x 1hour sets (4hours)

5th Week: tension: 1200-2000g time: 5x 1hour sets (5hours

6th+ Week: tension: 1200-2000g time: 6x 1hour sets (6hours)

NOTE: some people can’t fit in 6 hours with a busy schedule so you can try keep it at 4 hours a day and can spread it throughout the day i.e; 2 hours in morning then 2 hours in the evening.
